Last issue, Batman punched an Egyptian God in the face while saying: "A kiss, direct from Mike Tyson". And there are Jazz Wizards. It is insane. Deadman beat up a bunch of trolls with a frying pan.

As a dude who is loving/can't look away from his Dark Horse Presents trainwreck, "Blood", I can only imagine the beauty that this book is to behold. The ComicsAlliance roundtable a while back definitely got me curious. This might have tipped me over the edge.

You won't be able to believe this, but it's gotten so much crazier. There is a last page twist in the last issue that made me legitimately think that Adams is blackmailing DC into letting him publish this. It has gotten 300% crazier than the roundtable issues.

I want to read this book so bad, but I can't imagine paying cover price for the experience. As soon as there's a $0.99 sale at comixology or I find it in quarter bins I am all over that shit.
Oh man you guys:

OOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRC STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAINNNNNNNNN!
ACTION COMICS #7
FATALE #3
OMAC #7
WINTER SOLDIER #3

KING CITY TPB
THE COMPLETE TERMINAL CITY TPB

May pick up Static #7 since I like Marc Bernardin, but that's a game-time decision.
Action Comics 7
Fatale 3
Green Arrow 7
Hulk 49
Manhattan Projects 1
OMAC 7

And my shop didn't have Orc Stain last week, so I'm still looking out for that. I'm still deciding on sticking with Action.

How's everyone feeling about Fatale? I prefer the horror stuff to the crime stuff, myself.
ANIMAL MAN #7
AVENGERS ACADEMY #27
DEFENDERS #4
HELLBOY TP VOL 12 THE STORM AND THE FURY
IRREDEEMABLE #35
ACTION COMICS #7
SWEET TOOTH #31
RACHEL RISING #6
SWAMP THING #7
AMAZING SPIDER-MAN #681
ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #8
VENOM #14
UNCANNY X-MEN #8
WOLVERINE #302
WOLVERINE AND X-MEN ALPHA AND OMEGA #3 (OF 5)
KING CITY TPB

Big week, huh? Lotta nice stuff coming out. Venom's been insane, Irredeemable is by Mark Waid, and Ultimate Spider-Man has PROWLER! I've been waiting for good Prowler for so long. And Jason Aaron is rocking Wolverine so hard. Loving the new ninja clan stuff.

But guys. Batman: Odyssey. Still reeling from last week. There's a line of dialogue that I swear Batman got straight from a metal song. It's amazing.
More info here, but here's the rundown:

Action Comics #7
The Defenders #4
Hell Yeah #1 (Maybe)
iZombie #23
King City TPB
The Manhattan Projects #1
O.M.A.C. #7
OMAC 7
Manhattan Projects 1(oh my god, I cannot wait until I can get around to actually getting to the store and purchasing this one.)
Can anyone tell me why they're rereleasing Age Of Apocalypse #1 for 3 bucks? Usually those rerelease things are a dollar, because people aren't morons.
Also, Tarot 69 is 22 dollars for some reason. What the fuck?

I'm quite liking it. The first issue started a little slowly for Bru/Phillips's usual stuff but the second issue helped carry it through, but that's a case of them having more than the usual 5 issues to spread the story through.

Age of Apocalypse is a new ongoing, I believe. That last Point One issue of Uncanny X-Force sort of teased the status quo for this new series, but I honestly have little-to-no interest in that universe.
