If you've ever subscribed to a Netflix Watch Instantly account, you'll know that there is a metric ton of filler movies. So many movies, that when you're hankering for a decent flick, it becomes hard to sift through the endless lists of Dollar Store discs and Wal-Mart bargain bin movies.

Post any good movies you've seen recently on Netflix Watch Instantly that are worth streaming. They can be obvious picks or movies that might have slipped passed the mainstream.

I can start off by saying that last night I finally got a chance to settle in for the 2h46m of Gangs of New York. I know it's probably one of the more obvious films to watch, but I had to post it because I thought it was awesome. I never knew New York was like that only about 150 years ago. That could've been my grandparents' grandparents in the Dead Rabbits! Anyway, awesome flick. I do recommend it.
One I've watched recently and loved was 13 Assassins. Just some good old-fashioned samuraiing that is capped off with a solid-hour-long action scene. Well worth your two hours and change.

Also recently added was Tangled, which is probably the best old school Disney-style movie Disney has put out in 20 years. It's a lot of fun if you're into that thing.
Doctor Who
The Office (US and UK)
Mad Men
Better off Ted
Arrested Development
The Pixar Story
I'll second all of Jason1749 & Agent Orange's picks.

Especially Better Off Ted, because that show was great and I hate myself for thinking it was going to be stupid and not watching it when it was on originally.
The Third Man
Rocko's Modern Life
The Evil Dead
Alphaville
Twin Peaks
Batman: The Movie
Withnail and I
I also gotta add Hot Tub Time Machine to this list. That movie is just hilarious to me.

Better Off Ted is a fantastic series, definitely deserves your time.
I kicked myself repeatedly for sleeping on it when we finally caught Better Off Ted on Netflix.

Here's my Netflix picks:

The Conversation
FLCL/Fooly Cooly
Zero Effect
True Stories
This Is Spinal Tap
Bananas
Twin Peaks
Sherlock
Parks & Recreation
Enter the Dragon
Superman 2
Kids In the Hall
Not Your Typical Bigfoot Movie
Batman: The Movie
The IT Crowd
Home Movies
UHF
Oh, and also, SO MUCH STAR TREK YOU GUYS. ALL THE STAR TREK.
Some more:

Duck, You Sucker - excellent, forgotten Sergio Leone
Crank 2 - that the first one isn't available is a crime, but fuck it, this is great on its own.
Avatar: The Last Airbender - working my way through this with the kids and it is just an utterly charming tv series (but stay away from the god-awful live action movie).
Marwencol - interesting documentary about a man with brain damage and the world he builds in his backyard.
Lupin the 3rd: The Castle of Cogliostro - Hayao Miazaki, 'nuff said (see also: Ponyo)
MST3K: Werewolf - Tons of MST3K on WI, but this is one of the best.

and (if you've never seen it):

Twin Peaks

Twin Peaks is seriously flawed for several reasons but still worth a watch.
