Yeah, I'm really disappointed that OMAC got canned. It was definitely enjoyable. And replacing two war comics with another war comic? Seems really redundant.

Though the war comics aren't pulling big numbers, they're bringing in a lot of readers who don't normally check out DC books (at least according to my LCS manager), so I think they want to keep catering to those new readers.
Where are the fun DC books right now? Like something that is akin to your Atomic Robo?

Frankenstein definitely, and OMAC was, though, as has been said, it's being cancelled.

Definitely Frankenstein. Actually, it's really the only "fun" book in the new 52 now that OMAC is cancelled. Everything else is pretty serious, which is pretty unfortunate.
Wow. How could I forget Demon Knights? Shame on me.

OMAC and
Frankenstein are the ones that are most like Robo.
Demon Knights and
Birds of Prey are good fun too.
OMAC, Demon Knights and Birds of Prey I haven't gotten to read, Frankenstein I like but I just wish the series would come out as a giant sized trade every few months instead of clips of action.
Is it mean spirited to find Hawk & Dove getting cancelled hilarious?
A little. Just a little. (but then I say that as someone who thought the art was fun. The writing...... No.)
The cancellations kinda suck, even though I'm only buying one of them in issues (OMAC), but can I be that annoyed when Dial H and a series by Howard Mackie and Ian Churchill (who's amazing now he's not just a Lee impersonator) are on the cards? And maguire drawing alternating arcs on World's Finest?
No, no I can not.
Yeah, as much as I lament losing OMAC, I knew it was a short-timer. So I'm losing one series off my pull-list and potentially gaining four new ones (Dial H, World's Finest, Earth 2, Batman, Inc.)? That's not bad there DC.
