I would be willing to bet BIG money that there will be tons of continuity problems in just the first month.
I'm sure everything will eventually get sorted into some semblance of order, even if it's a convoluted, unnecessary, messy kind of "order".
Another theory that I think is more likely--most of the characters are going to be younger...except for Bruce, who's about the same age as before, give or take a year or two, and is the most seasoned vet of the DCnU.
