I think Young Justice, Thundercats, and Green Lantern are perfect examples of shows that are playing similar "long games" (as Jason said), but they're not doing it at the expense of the individual episodes being entertaining, and are therefore, doing it much better.

I've recently been watching a whole lot of Adventure Time, and while I'm sure this topic has been covered before, I'm curious as to what your favorite songs from the show are?

"All Gummed Up" from "Incendium" is my current favorite. But other favorites are any time Marceline sings.

Well butts are used for getting rid of waste like your incorrect opinion of Avengers: EMH.

Young Justice was pretty good. I wish it had more fake Spider-Man, voiced by Josh Keaton no less! And the season premiere of the Avengers was okay, something about it just seemed off to me. Although I did like Dr. Doom's DGAF attitude about things.

Have I already weighed in on Avengers: EMH? Because I love it. I'm preggos with its Mightiest Babies.

I really didn't care for Ultimate Spider-Man. I liked the second episode much better than the first and the writing is pretty good, but I feel that the actors speak too quickly and therefore go through their lines much too fast.

Plus, they try WAY too hard to be funny and there are absolutely way too many unnecessary cutaway gags and fourth-wall breaking. I'll give it some time to adjust itself and maybe surprise me, but I'm not a fan right now.

Avengers, on the other hand, was way awesome. Dat Dr. Doom. Dat Fantastic Four. So good. I can't wait to see where this season goes and how many more cameos they can put in. I hope that picture of all the heroes gathered isn't everyone they're putting into the season. I also hope for a full scale Kree/Skrull war. Probably during the finale.
