Am I the only one who thinks the Ultimate Spider-Man is kind of awful? The jokes seem to be trying too hard and it just comes across as being like an unmarried uncle trying to be cool and impress the teenagers. It's possibly even more annoying when compared with Spectacular Spider-Man which more or less did exactly the same thing only far far better AND had much more interesting sub-plots and story-arcs through the series.
Nope, I also find Ultimate Spider-Man to be absolute drivel. I already dropped it because I just couldn't force myself to care anymore. I wanted to like it, I really did, but nope. Not even my little brother likes it. He'd much rather watch Avengers EMH than USM.

I agree with everything you said.
Please tell me everyone else here is watching Young Justice, because that reveal in Saturday's episode blew me away.

Nothing is ever better than the sound of Batman punching a henchmen in the head. And damn, the reveal, that was some great voice acting. Although I wouldn't have mind it if the whole episode was just about the Bat family doing their thing.
