My guess is that he's now the Flash of Keystone City, while Barry is the Flash of Central City (Or dead, possibly). Obviously the name "Kid Flash" isn't something a now 20/21 year old man wouldn't use.
So who else is excited for the return of Toonami?

I dunno man, I saw the lineup, nothing I want to stay up past my bedtime for.
Those were some good cartoons over the weekend. Bending drama! Giant mechs! Beifong possibly killing a man! A less angsty Superboy! A possibly drugged out Speedy! The fate of Wally and Artemis revealed! Green Lanterns vs. Red Lanterns! BETA. RAY. BILL.
And I guess USM had Throg but the less talked about that show the better. Which reminds me of
this article, but I doubt anyone in a position of power will take notice. When you get down to it, it is just a bunch of people whining. Although I agree with their whining.
"Not my Cabage Corp!"
I have been waiting for that line all season.
I finally finished watching JLU. The final battle got to me though my gripes are no Orion in the final battle and what happened with Darkseid and Luthor was a bit too unclear for my tastes.
So, whadday'all think about this Dark Knight Returns business?

Gotta admit, as much as I love the dudes, I'm sick of Batman and Superman animated movies. Give me some variety, that's all I want. I know an Aquaman movie would never sell well, and nobody probably cares about Green Arrow, but just try something different.

I went to a Q&A for Batman/Superman: Doomsday, and Bruce Timm had some insight on that. Basically, Batman and Superman are the only characters that can sell a DVD. They made a Wonder Woman movie before Doomsday, and they lost money on it. They were going to stop production on Doomsday, since it was originally just called "Supergirl," but they were too far into production, so they added a few extra scenes and changed the name. It worked, and Doomsday sold enough to cover the losses from Wonder Woman.
That's why you don't really see non SuperBats animated movies unless they are a movie tie-in. We might see a Green Arrow movie if the TV show does well, but we'll have to wait and see.
