REAMDE by Neal Stephenson. I'm about 6/10th of the way through. It's 1050 pages. I'll be on this for a while, and it's already overdue. Fuck.

Been reading Supergods by Grant Morrison. It's pretty enjoyable and I'm learning things about various characters I never really thought or knew about before.

I also caved in and bought Modern Warfare 3, but on PS3 instead of on 360 like I usually do. I'm actually having more fun with this game than I have with previous CoD games.

I don't think it was ever collected beyond the first arc, and even that is probably no longer in print. Bummer, right?

There was a second trade of the "Enemy of the State" arc too, but after that, nothing. That run deserves a big-ass HC.

Supergods starts out good, but gets really weird near the modern day, not in a good way, but in an uncomfortable way.

So, typical Grant Morrison then?

no, not at all. It's stuff like his complementing stuff like Identity Crisis. It feels like he's not writing his real opinions to protect his career.

There was that weird bit but I read it more as "you know enough people dick over shit, let's be nice in the book".
