NOT enjoying the fact that I paid $112 for two slips of paper (Counting $7 shipping, which is completely ridiculous since both could have just been emailed to me).

Man, that's as bad as Ticketmaster charging you extra to print off your ticket instead of mailing it to you.
Watching Avatar The Last Airbender with my sister.
I've been binging on Sean Witzke's blog, supervillain, and 4thletter archives, and now I am split between wanting to start a blog and being crazy dissuaded by their skill.
Just got Paul Pope's Heavy Liquid in the mail, which is totally awesome.
And yes I know I am a great deal behind the eight ball on this one, but I'm learning guys.

Those guys are so great. For me, they're in the group of critics where I try to read every new post they do. I'd recommend checking out the stuff Tucker Stone does too, if you don't already.

I'm enjoying Deadwood and Terriers right now. Starting on The Prisoner next.

I know Witzke linked to something by Stone, and I have been pretty much checking out every blog he links to, but now that I think about it, I'm not sure I looked at Stone yet, but I will. Also, I will be starting on a blog, and making an effort to try every day. Just look at what it's done for my coloring.

That's great man! Good luck with the blog.
Stone did some youtube videos that I just found last month, those are really good for getting a feel for what he does. Here's the first one:

Man, that's... exactly the sort of bitter, bile-y, frank, mean, hard-edged stuff I need to balance out Sims' gleeful enthusiasticism and Brothers' soulful intellectualism (honestly, Sims and Brothers are pretty much my big 2 when it comes to comics writers who write so well I could just spend an entire day sifting through their back catalogs), and it's the type of thing I wanted from stuff like Linkara, way back when it wasn't just easy targets assaulted in a sanctimonious manner by a loud asshole in an ugly hat.
In short, I will be looking for more of this guy.
Now enjoying that I'm the only person in this theatre for Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. I feel like a VIP!
