The fire-stubs on Sunspot(?) look really disturbing.

It's Sunfire and well how many times have they chopped off some of his limbs at this stage? He's used to it.

Why did you even show that to me?!

Yea same here. Those toys are pretty much what got me into the comics universe. I still have extremely beat to shit Flash, Penguin, Green Lantern and Joker. Might have to go down to the sperm bank...

Tangential to this thread, anyone got good tips for keeping difficult action figures upright? In particular, I've got a Starman and a couple New Mutants that, no matter how I position or prop them, end up spending more time on their backs than the average porn star.

Have they got holes in their feet for peg stands, because if so, one of the generic kinds you can buy online are sure to fit them.

Always forget I have these two dudes on my desk (from my favorite issue of Marvel Star Wars ever).

You know what should be a thing? A site that has hi res backgrounds you can print out on card stock to fill in the empty space in the back of your toy shelves.

Seconded.

Never been a big model guy, I don`t have the income necessary, but I do plan on getting the ludicrous edition of Batman: Arkham City with the Batman statue. Oh, and if I spot a model or toy of Deathstroke`s DCnU design, I am going to buy the shit out of it.
Oh, I do have a Captain America standing Sentinel of Liberty over my bookshelf.

Remember that time Darth Vader had to defend the Incredible Hulk's right to wear hotpants from Captain Kirk and Evil Tron?
