RE: Toon Talk
Haven't caught up on the last few, still kind of grumpy at them for making us wait for so long, and for the fact that the only episode we got in that time was that boring Speedy one. Are any as good as the memory loss ep? That's my kind of show.
But Monseiur Mallah/The Brain? Okay, I'm there. tumblr twitter covergallery |

Watching last week's Clone Wars. Artoo and 3PO just jacked a y-wing and now they've been captured by a bunch of Brownies from Willow. God I love this show.

RE: Toon Talk
Did everyone read Curt's great review of "Batman: Year One"? Well, if you haven't, you need to get on that.
http://www.comicsalliance.com/2011/10/21...ie-review/ The comments are also an absolute delight. "Not Chris Sims reviewed this?" "Didn't liked it to be sincere." "Honestly in any other film I will whine pine and over animist but millers tale was profetic due to the amazing artist who later created asterios polyp. The fact that they made a work that was years before it's time into a thoroughly engaging and dark animated feature is good enough for me, just pleas no live action versions Hollywood because you guys are to fuckinf domb to do batman justice ever." |

RE: Toon Talk
Some notes on some stuff so as to revive:
-Sorry, new ThunderCats, but nothing less than $20 grand is going to convince me that Berbils are cute. (And apparently I'm already behind an episode.) -I thought Batman: Year One was awesome. And Ben McKenzie actually make for a pretty good Batman. I don't have much more to say about it other than fuck yeah. -The CG Green Lantern series premiers in an hour-long block this Friday. I'm not terribly excited, but I'm watching it. -For those of you who watch Clone Wars, apparently they're bringing Darth Maul back. |

RE: Toon Talk
From what I've seen I'm not sold. I watched a preview and the action seemed too stiff.
Changeling and Socialfist. Check those out. |

"Um, actually" in 3 … 2 … 1 … Pretty sure that's Savage Opress you're referring to. He's Filoni's excuse to have a guy who is basically Darth Maul while still having the series not contradict existing canon and have a character who is more than just a bulldog with a double-saber. He was introduced in last season's "Nightsisters" arc and is actually a pretty dope dude. Oh man. What have I done with my life? Dylan Todd /// Design Portfolio /// Etsy / Tumblr / Twitter |
