Haven't caught up on the last few, still kind of grumpy at them for making us wait for so long, and for the fact that the only episode we got in that time was that boring Speedy one. Are any as good as the memory loss ep? That's my kind of show.

But Monseiur Mallah/The Brain? Okay, I'm there.

Watching last week's Clone Wars. Artoo and 3PO just jacked a y-wing and now they've been captured by a bunch of Brownies from Willow. God I love this show.

Some notes on some stuff so as to revive:

-Sorry, new ThunderCats, but nothing less than $20 grand is going to convince me that Berbils are cute. (And apparently I'm already behind an episode.)

-I thought Batman: Year One was awesome. And Ben McKenzie actually make for a pretty good Batman. I don't have much more to say about it other than fuck yeah.

-The CG Green Lantern series premiers in an hour-long block this Friday. I'm not terribly excited, but I'm watching it.

-For those of you who watch Clone Wars, apparently they're bringing Darth Maul back.

Chris Sims's review of the new Green Lantern cartoon just shot my excitement from"I'll check it out" to "Dammit, why isn't it Friday already?" Looking forward to checking it out.

From what I've seen I'm not sold. I watched a preview and the action seemed too stiff.

"Um, actually" in 3 … 2 … 1 … Pretty sure that's Savage Opress you're referring to. He's Filoni's excuse to have a guy who is basically Darth Maul while still having the series not contradict existing canon and have a character who is more than just a bulldog with a double-saber. He was introduced in last season's "Nightsisters" arc and is actually a pretty dope dude.
