Or they're going to cancel those books anyway and decided to give him free run before Wave 3.
I can't help it if I've got a heavy flow and a wide set vagina! I'm now on the Tweety! I'm also tumbling! |

RE: Every Day I'm Rozumming
I'd really like to know why we haven't had a Mr. Miracle series in far too long, but that's off topic.
I'd really like to know why Fred Van Lente and Greg Pak's awesome Hercules run ended just because their relaunch started off slow. It really didn't have much of a chance with all the tie-ins, and they'd built a strong fan base. |

RE: Every Day I'm Rozumming
Part of it was slow sales. It was lower than Spider-Girl, another great series that suffered from low readership. (And BRR wasn't a fan of the art so that might be part of it - art quality not that BRR didn't like it.)
Changeling and Socialfist. Check those out. |

For Mr. Miracle, part of it is that the New Gods have been "dead" since Final Crisis I'm sure. Now that Darkseid is the big bad of the New DC, hopefully we'll get introduced to the rest of the Fourth (or is it the Fifth?) World characters soon. Yeah, the relaunch of Herc was meant to increase sales of the previous series, since it just launched flat, they dropped it like a bad habit. Too bad, but at least we got a bunch of years out of them. Jason Urbanciz : Twitter : Tumblr : Flickr : Blogspot |

Heres my thing with the Fourth World characters being (re-)introduced in the New 52 DCU: do you really trust the guys who have been in charge of this relaunch to do justice to these concepts and characters? Cuz I don't. Dylan Todd /// Design Portfolio /// Etsy / Tumblr / Twitter |

Scott Snyder, Jeff Lemire, Matt Kindt and Grant Morrison I do. Jason Urbanciz : Twitter : Tumblr : Flickr : Blogspot |

Yeah, I don't doubt they have talent(seriously, I should have gotten into Matt Kindt's stuff much earlier than I did), it's just that they have a bad rep in terms of properly assigning that talent to books, that being why we have multible books on the shelf written by Scott Lobdell, and why, in a move ostensibly meant to revitalize the line, both Superman titles are written by people who have been working with DC for nigh on 30 years now, and in Morrison's case, by a writer who already did Superman better than most people, including himself, will be able to measure up to. These are the people who let Rob Leifeld into their relaunch, and seem to be dead set on keeping him there. It would be a miracle if they chose someone decent to bring back the Fourth World. RE: Every Day I'm Rozumming
I wouldn't mind Bruce Timm and Paul Dini writing a New Gods comic for the New 52.
