Dark Horse Presents #9
Fantastic Four #603
Prophet #22
Uncanny X-Force #22
Wolverine & The X-Men #6

I love Humphries, but The Ultimates is just something I don't imagine I'll ever be interested in. Would much rather see him start at Marvel with his own concept rather than one that's so tired. And yeah, Hickman is probably next in line to pick up the Avengers when Bendis bails after AvX.

Different strokes. I like that Sam's getting to work in the newly-stripped-down and streamlined Ultimate universe. I think it'll give him a lot more freedom to really go nuts with this stuff in a way he might not be able to get to in the Marvel U proper.

RE: The Pull List!
This is a pretty great week for comics:
AVENGERS ACADEMY #26
DARK HORSE PRESENTS #9
FLASH #6
INCORRUPTIBLE #27
SECRET AVENGERS #23
CHEW #24
MORNING GLORIES #16
BULLETPROOF COFFIN DISINTERRED #2 (OF 6)
AMERICAN VAMPIRE #24
ULTIMATE COMICS SPIDER-MAN #7
VENOM #13.3
DEADPOOL MAX 2 #5
UNCANNY X-FORCE #22 XREGG
WOLVERINE AND X-MEN #6 XREGG

Of all of these, I feel like Avengers Academy gets discussed the least. It's a solid, consistant title every single month. It might not be as good as Daredevil or Animal Man, but its good.

I'm really happy that Dark Horse is putting out an anthology, so please keep doing it. I love anthologies. There's always something to like in them. And I'm looking forward to reading Alabaster.

RE: The Pull List!
This week:

JUSTICE LEAGUE #6
ORC STAIN #7
SPACEMAN #3*
THE SHADE #5

Justice League has been a guilty pleasure, but this one wraps up the opening arc and next month is an issue drawn by Gene Ha and after that I have no problems dropping it .

Orc Stain is the best and every new issue should be heralded by a parade and flowers raining from the sky.

Spaceman is getting read a month behind and it's OK. It looks great digitally, I'll say that much. The Shade got a huge boost from Darwyn Cooke's issue last month.

The Shade #5
continuing to wait for the 2nd print of Adventure Time #1

Huh that's a weirdly light week. might look for a new indie series to give me something to read.

Probably going to grab Orc Stain 7 as well, since the series looks great. Will that be easy to jump onto?

Also thinking about getting that Tom Gauld Goliath book and the Steve Gerber Omega the Unknown trade my store has.

Mortal men know me as the Overthinker and all that whatnot.
