I finished my run through of Superman the Animated Series. It did a great job of giving Superman great threats though I now really want Timm and Dini to do a 4th World Series.

I completely missed it. For some reason, I thought it was a primetime slot like usual than an early morning thing. The only thing that was new was Young Justice, right?

I'll honestly just watch it on demand and hope they include the interstitials. It is nice that CN is trying to get into the Saturday morning game though.

I enjoyed it, here's a quick break-down of the shorts:

A qucik Myth-busters style live-action short testing whether Green Arrow's boxing glove arrow would actually work. Amusing, but light.
An Aardman animation short, not the one that's been previewed and as adorable as all get out.
The Plastic Man short that's been previewed, but it's longer and is really good.

Green Lantern was the same pilot episode that was on in November. I liked it.

Young Justice's season premiere was really good, a re-working of "World Without Grown-ups". Love their portrayal of Dr. Fate. Looking forward to keeping up with this series this season.

Peviews for next week's shirts included a Teen Titans short and a Japanese Superman short.

I liked it a lot, and I'm not the biggest DC fan. Loved the Aardman short, which was similar to Creature Comforts, but adorable as hell. The Green Arrow thingy was a great idea, executed well, and Young Justice was pretty dope. Still not all that interested in Green Lantern, but my kids seemed to like it.

And I'm bummed that I missed the Plastic Man short.

All in all, a thumbs up.

Also, this week's Clone Wars episode was totally boss hog. You can watch it here. It features Bossk, Dengar (voiced by Simon Pegg), young Boba Fett and some other bounty hunters (one of which looked like a steampunk Cyberman) fighting, basically, ninjas on a space train. So, yeah, basically it was the best thing ever.

As soon as I heard that Nova isn't Richard Rider I swept everything off my desk and screamed "This is all bullshit!"
