At the end of the day I thought the complete story was better than that mediocre first issue. But I must say that the whole idea was better as a movie script rather than an actual comic book. |

RE: Is Mark Millar dead?
Nemesis was just the opposite of everything i'm looking for in my action funnybooks. I don't how to say it, but if you asked me what i did want, i would just point at it and say "Not that."
Waid's What If Superman Were Evil is just better on every level than Millar's What If Batman Was Evil. |

I still wouldn't say Nemesis is bad on those terms, it's still pretty entertaining, if a little outlandish and over the top. Then again, Irredeemable is just better because Waid decided to commit, seriously, to a working schedule and deliver a monthly series, simple as that, if Miller had a little more vision Nemesis would've been better. |

His Authority, Ultimates and Wolverine: Enemy of the State are big dumb fun. After that, I dunno. I really loathed Kick Ass and what I read of Wanted. Just vile, hateful stuff. Not my scene. THIS. |
