Sorry DAREDEVIL, back-to-back crossovers are not something that makes me want to stick with you (yes, I realize that the ASM that starts the crossover supposed to be pretty good but $3.99 for a single issue is a big "fuck you reader" to me).

Daredevil is still really, really great, but these crossovers are definitely souring it.

So yeah, I just picked up Prophet #21 digitally and read it and it is the real deal y'all.

My shop got delayed a day, but I'm hella tempted to pick it up digitally and then in print. Cuz I want to read it badly.

Did anyone else score some sweet Wolverine and the X-Men and Uncanny coasters from their LCS this or last week? They are kind of sweet.

Are they the double-sided ones? If so, I picked one up for my workspace a while back. It's perfect.

Exactly those. I am trying to horde some so I can throw the sweetest party, and then politely ask people not to use the coasters.

This week I picked up Red Hood, Supergirl and Wonder Woman. One of these things is not like the other, but c'mon, Red Hood is a pretty good guilty pleasure, in that there's a lot of good stuff aside from anything involving Starfire.

Tony Akins on Wonder Woman was a pretty huge surprise, having never read anything he's done before. Gorgeous stuff.

(also obligatory mention of how Mahmud Asrar is just about my favourite artist on superhero comics at the moment)
