I am just sad as I can't find a copy of 4, which I was told is a fine starting place. As it seems everyone on here is saying the same thing, I thought I'd jump off the bridge too.

Not related, except that it's coming out this week, but look at this..

I'm going to take photos of these actors and just draw a few lines on it. How do they sleep at night? I mean, is it just me, or is that what's happening here?

Man, that's just the posterize filter on Photoshop, isn't it? I mean, I coulda done this shit.

That said, I did like the first issue of this, like the idea behind the series.

You should find a photo of one of these dudes and try it out.

No slam on the series, because I'm kinda into the idea of it as well (though I haven't read the first issue yet).

Dang, Wolverine And The X-Men was the best X-Men comic I've read in 20 years. I just don't know how to deal with that.

Gah. I saved it for last, so I haven't gotten to it, but dang, my high expectations keep crawling even higher, like King Kong on amphetamines.

Here's the thing, I've been done with the X-men for like five years now, and now I'm adding this to my pull-list. It feels like the first "new" thing they've done in forever. I can't even remember the last time the X-Men felt new, for the last 20 years they've been in an endless cycle of greatest hits rehashes.
