Current list (which'll probably be expanding):
Uncanny X-Men
Wolverine and the X-Men
The Shade

What else would you characterize as both indispensable and pretty easy to jump into?

OMAC - basically the 70s hulk show filtered through Kirby
All Star Western - The previous Hex series was boss, and with the 2nd issue, they started an El Diablo backup with Jordi Bernet art.
Daredevil - Mark Waid, Paolo Rivera, what's not to like?

What Name said, only I was pretty lukewarm toward All-Star Western, so I'll substitute in Demon Knights or iZombie.

I'll back the suggest of iZombie, though I've only read up to the second trade. Also, Flash.

RE: The Pull List!
Jason1749 reminded me that Joe Casey and Nathan Fox are beginning their run on Haunt this week, so I'll pick that up as well. How crazy is it that by March of next year, I will have purchased copies of Haunt, Glory and Prophet?

End times, son.

RE: The Pull List!
Will anyone else be purchasing THUNDER (I really can't be bothered to put in those periods) Agents on Wed? Spencer really had it for the first few issues, then hit the wall hard. I am not a fan of Morning Glories, and (see previous post somewhere or another) am REALLY on the fence about Infinite Vacation. Opinions.

Oh and Daredevil and Uncanny, drool.

I won't be getting Thunder Agents, but I do disagree with your opinion of the earlier series. other series of his have hit the wall hard(Iron Man Two Point Oh, cough cough) and I'll see how it goes and maybe buy the trade.

RE: The Pull List!
I'll be getting Thunder Agents, since it's such a light week. I did dig the previous series, though it felt like it was a mini that got turned into an on-going and then got cut off to quickly by the reboot. Other than Jimmy Olsen, it's the only thing I've liked out of Spencer.

RE: The Pull List!
I grabbed Haunt and the first issue of Luther Strode, along with the stuff I was after. Haunt probably deserves another read.. The ghost brother is the only thing that really jumps out to me, but the colors are gorgeous.

Luther Strode was funny to me. Like it's so violent it's desensitizing, but it looks like the kinda thing that is aware of repercussions. But I'll be on the lookout for the 2nd issue.

Spaceman doesn't lean really close to what I'm usually after in crime of sci-fi. And it's kinda annoying it's still printed on cheap paper but now it's 3 dollars. Kinda on the fence with it.

The Oz adaptations are consistently a solid bit of charm, but this one felt kinda light. And Daredevil was a master class.

Mortal men know me as the Overthinker and all that whatnot.

Daredevil shows other comics how it's done consistently.

RE: The Pull List!
Just cleared my box out for the first time in 3 weeks (been traveling a lot for work/holidays). Realized I've been spending about $70/month on comics. It might be time to cut back...

I'm kind of in love with Luther Strode and I can't really explain why.

Haunt was decent. Nathan Fox was the read winner there, as it seems like Casey's gonna spend an issue or two organically changing the status quo which, I have to admit, I have no idea what that is right now because this is a Haunt comic and I could have cared less before Casey and Fox walked on the scene.
