The Avengers
So uh...wow. Where do I start? I mean damn, that was a great movie. I thought Joss Whedon pulled it off, that guy is a magnificent bastard. It had everything: humor, drama, romance, a Hulk. And how about the scene during the credits? Or the additional post credit scene!? I'm not sure how coherent I can be after my mind melted from how awesome the movie was so, what are your guys' thoughts on the Avengers?

RE: The Avengers
I just...I just can't.

It was literally the best superhero movie I've ever seen. Everything was PERFECT. Perfect mix of humor and action and romance. Just everything was in perfect step.

And those fucking credit scenes. I don't think I've ever heard that many fanboys cream themselves at the same time.

RE: The Avengers
My boss just pulled me into his office to tell me we're sneaking out of the office at 2 to go see The Avengers. Best boss ever?

I plan on seeing it a second time on Sunday as well. I have no regrets.

This is what Star Wars fans wanted to feel when episode 1 came out. I am 100% fulfilled.

Nah, I'm from the UK so you're not entirely alone.

Still even with that extra week of having Avengers Assemble in cinemas over here? Nothing about it's enticing me. Also pretentious issues. But hearing all this good stuff? Almost tempts me

RE: The Avengers
I still don't get why they renamed it 'Avengers Assemble' instead of just say 'Marvel: Avengers'. It can only be pressure from the UK Avengers legal side as 4 years of build should really be reason enough for no one to be confused.
