Also anyone want to help me to come up with a Graduate Mentor Research Proposal by tomorrow at 1 so I can not get kicked out of my Slavic Studies amazing lifestyle? Do you think my "Literary History of the KGBeast as a parallel of the development of late 19th to 20th century Russian Poetics" would fly?

That book holds such an important place in my heart.

Sooooo...
I saw the new Shazam !(I'm treating it like David Malki !) preview.

Is it just me, or does that look like the death metal pose from that one Strong Bad email?
The "pose like you have a magic orb in each hand" pose? The cloak seems to imply so.

I'd recommend that Tom Gauld Goliath book to anyone who likes understated and sad. It's a really good comic.

Also, this: http://www.nycgraphicnovelists.com/2010/...rhero.html
is a transcription of a panel from 2010 where Paul Pope, Frank Miller, Kyle Baker, Jaime Hernandez, and Dean Haspiel talk comics. Baker and Pope are spectacular but everyone says some great stuff. Give it a look.

Mortal men know me as the Overthinker and all that whatnot.

Akira is pretty great and a long time internet bro. (I've actually had this and Video Highway for about three years before the album came out)

Watching the first episode of Return To the Planet of the Apes on Hulu. It's kind of boring and very cheap, but there's some pretty cool stuff in there as well. Here's the intro, which is pretty dope:

I found myself a brand new LCS today that I am love with. It totally beats the other one I used to go to, which has gone WAY downhill. So, yay for me!

I can't help it if I've got a heavy flow and a wide set vagina!
I'm now on the Tweety!
